Shipping
Processing Time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@afoonu.com — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@afoonu.com within [7] days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
International Shipping [We currently ship within the United States only. / We ship internationally to select countries — customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.]
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window We accept returns within [14–30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Beard oils, balms, and butters
- Beard washes/shampoos
- Any grooming product where the seal has been broken
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may still be eligible for return within the window above.
How to Start a Return Email info@afoonu.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping Costs [Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. / We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.]
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges Need a different item? Email info@afoonu.com and we’ll help you exchange your product, subject to availability.
